Registration

The participation fee is 135 euros / person and includes:


- Stay 3 nights in double room (17-20 May)
- American breakfast buffet
- Dinner buffet at the restaurant
- Welcome drink (non alcoholic)
- All taxes and hotel services.
- Participation in the events of the ITT for the driver-passenger

- Children under 4 years old in double room: no cost
- Triple room for two adults and one child up to 12 years: +60 euro/3days (270+60 E)
--Late check-out at 14.00: no charge
   Late check-out at 16.00: € 30 per room
   Late check-out at 18.00: € 45 per room

- The same prices apply for an extension of stay or early arrival (pre & poststays) specifically for the periods: 13-17/05/2012 & 20-25/05/2012
 

How to sign up:

1. Click on the reservations page of the hotel:

In the field Arrival Date select arrival date

In the field Departure Date select the departure date.

(Dates are filled in automatically 17-20/05)

Choose Adults (1,2 ...) & Children if there are children 4-12 years

Click to continue

2. The next page gives you some information about the room.

Choose the currency of payment and click Continue

4. If you agree with all the data you entered, choose Book Registration

If you are single person:

If you are alone without a second person in the room, fill the form
 and deposit the amount of 45euro on behalf of the club account.
The organization team will reserve a bed on a double room with extra person on request.

That's it! your participation is  valid, your room is reserved for you and
we expect you in the event.
If you want T-shirt ... and a few other surprise gifts, you must complete and
the form in the "Booking confirmation".

 

Deadline confirmed:

As soon! Places are limited and once completed, the HTC can not guarantee for
availability. Moreover, the timely entry form, helps the organization team for better and more effective event.

In case of cancellation:

Through your credit card, the hotel requires a guarantee for the cost of one night. Cancellation, the deposit will be refunded up to one month before the start of ITT ie 17/04/2012 or it will be retained.
